Enterprise

One of the main roles of the careers academy is to promote entrepreneurship and make students aware of the wider skills required for an ever increasingly varied labour market. This is one of the main facets of the 'Enterprise' element of the '3E' strategy. In order to engage with as many students as possible and also with the wider community, the Careers Academy has created video profiles and recorded podcasts with local entrepreneurs with the long term goal to inspire students and encourage entrepreneurial growth in the local region.
